 ·       Ulundu Wade

Ulundu Wade a popular food item in South Indian and Sri Lankan Tamil cuisines,  Its is a fritter made from uradh dhal and it is usually made in the shape of a doughnut . Perfect ulundu wade are golden brown, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are traditionally served with sambar and coconut chutney.

 ·       Parippu Wade (Dhal)

Parippu (Dhal) wade is a popular street food in Sri Lanka. It is an easy to make savoury snack, which is also vegan, vegatarian, gluten-free, and low-carb friendly.
